Ahh . . . it’s summertime, boys . . . and that means mowin’ the grass, playin’ golf, and goin’ to Cody, Wyoming. This month we’ll be headed to back-to-back gun shows. We’re lookin’ forward to buyin’ some, sellin’ some and visitin’ with friends. If you’re in Cody this month, stop by Riley Arena, 1400 Heart Mountain Street, June 13-15 or June 20-22. Of course, you’ll have to remember we’re a couple of old guys who sometimes forget to turn on the cell phones. Even when they are on, we don’t always hear them.

Check out the new gun catalog . . . there are 15 new guns that weren’t there last time. Of course, about the same number are missin’ because of sales.

If you decide on one while we are in Cody, let us know, and we’ll put it under the table and ship it to you when we get home.

Earlier this month, we jotted down a few items to remind those who buy from us at a show. We thought we should share this with our website friends as well:

SHOW SALES: when you purchase a firearm from us at a gun show, you may always bring it back for full refund any time during the length of the show. Once the show closes, there is no further return.
INTERNET SALES: if you purchase the gun sight unseen, you have a three day return guarantee, no questions asked. The three days begin when the gun reaches your post office or physical address. You may not fire the weapon, or take a tool to it. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping both ways.
LAYAWAYS: we do offer a layaway plan. You pay 1/3 down, then 1/3 after 30 days, and the final 1/3 after 60 days. Layaways are always for the full price, and there can be no returns with layaway purchases.
SAFETY: we check each gun thoroughly to make sure there are no known problems with firing the gun. However, we cannot guarantee the safety of any firearm. These are 80 to 130-year-old used guns.
ACCURACY: old Winchesters are crafted so well, most will shoot extremely straight. However, we make no accuracy claims on any gun.

Most of this is obvious . . . but we wanted to make sure everyone understands this gun collecting hobby.
